Contact us through the Jenius Apps contact page or Telegram at @mjarmak. State that you want to delete your Jenius account and identify the email address used to sign in.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or identity documents in your first message.

Verification

To protect your account, we will verify that you control it before deletion. We may ask you to confirm through the registered email address or an authenticated session.

What happens next

After verification, we delete or anonymise the account and associated personal information that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why. Backup copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle.

Google and Facebook

Removing Jenius Apps from your Google or Facebook account stops future provider access but does not by itself delete your Jenius account. Submit the deletion request above to remove the Jenius-side account and associated information.
