Jenius Apps terms of service

Using the services

You may use Jenius Apps products only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services or interfere with their operation.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not use the services to distribute malware, spam, unlawful material, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or circumvent security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Jenius Tech SRL the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the requested service.

Jenius Apps software, branding, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim to communicate material changes when practical, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without implied warranties and Jenius Tech SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules continue to apply where relevant.
