Information we process

When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or a Jenius account, the shared authentication service may process your name, email address, provider account identifier, and other basic profile information the provider makes available.

Individual Jenius Apps products may also process information you enter to use their features. The relevant product interface explains when additional information is requested.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide, secure, support, and improve the products you choose to use.

• Create and authenticate your account across participating Jenius Apps products.
• Keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
• Provide requested product features and support.
• Measure visits and navigation when you explicitly accept optional analytics cookies.

Cookies and analytics

Required authentication cookies keep sign-in sessions secure. Optional Google Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

Your analytics preference is stored for up to one year in a cookie shared across jeniusapps.com subdomains so participating apps can respect the same choice.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information or use Google or Facebook profile data for advertising, credit decisions, data-broker services, or training general-purpose AI models.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the products, such as the selected identity provider, hosting, database, and optional analytics providers, or when disclosure is legally required.

Retention and security

We retain account information while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. Approved deletion requests are completed after any required retention period.

We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted credentials, and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can decline optional analytics cookies. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal information.
